Lasallian Photobook

The link below should take you to view, a virtual copy of a photobook which illustrates the 100 years celebrations. It does take a while to load though so I am not quite sure if it will work. Let me know via the blog if you want to view it and can't.

Brother Alvaro comes to St Helens!

Brother Alvaro speaks to the young people during night prayer at the camp. He spoke of living within the values of faith, service and community and always remembering that we are a large family which extends right around the world. He urged the young people to look actively for ways in which they can help others and keep the lasallian spirit alive.

Lasallian Camp

Immediately following our Founders day mass, a team of people began setting up tents in the School grounds in order to begin celebrations of a different kind! De La Salle School, St Helens welcomed visitors from Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Burnley and liverpool to camp or visit for the day and take part in activities such as Lasallian olympics, arts and crafts, a community mass and much singing and dancing. We had a brilliant time and that is completely down to the Young people and their willingness to get involved and make new friends. We are now so blessed to be able to say that we have widened our Lasallian family in this country even further and have people we can call friends in four other schools now! Thankyou so much for everyone who made this weekend so special!!
